Ordinary Concrete with KALAMATRON Admixture
The highest concrete features performance is available by the three major innovations in the concrete industry:
- the water to cement ratio;
- the use of properly entrained air by admixtures;
- the invention of the high-range water-reducing admixture to increase slump
Obviously, all of these inventions are dedicated to improve concrete density, compressive strength and impermeability with highest possible slump. These admixtures are known as the thickeners or thinners of water to cement solution substituting insufficiency of cement paste. Cement has been decayed by water hydration, which yields up to 30% of cement paste only. No cement paste agitation occurs in this case. Therefore, at least 70% of cement is never been involved in a concrete forming structure process.
Kalmatron Corporation has provided research and development in the methods of concrete structure upgrading with its highest sufficiency by:
- agitation of decay-hydration of cement grains;
- blocking of concrete’ self-disintegration processes by its structure uniformities;
- implanting of non-calcites forming minerals to replace unstable phases of cement gel.

DESIGNS OF THE CONCRETE MIXES
Our company provides consulting service to the industry with designing of mixes for concrete, mortar, shortcrete, gunite, heavy and fine coatings. The data base is about 4,000 recipes and still requires adjustments almost for every particular project. Some mix designs allows application of natural contaminations or industrial wastes as valuable ingredients of the concrete mixes.
